I'm going to get a quote for a manifold back system from a local firm. If anyone else is interested let me know and I'll see if i can get some sort of group deal.

Glen - If you're reading this, is this something the club would maybe fund for members then to buy??

I got two from London stainless. First car got a centre system and tailpipe (empty silencer and twin pipes).

Second system: H120/GLS manifold and 2 inch pipe all the way to the back with DTM style tail pipes (and no baffles in the back box).
Not cheap but very good quality and fitted perfectly and sound very nice

Would you like me to approach the local company that made my system, very pleased with it and price was excellent?

Because I know someone who paid a lot of money for a stainless manifold there and despite having the car on site and original manifold to copy didn't do a very good job. He's been back twice since trying to sort it and it still doesn't fit correctly.

Steer clear of PD Gough.

Try PD Gough and London Stainless

Was just wondering if it's still possible to get a S/S exhaust for the Fastback. Be good to get one.
I spoke to Janspeed and I think they said it might be possible if I got enough interest for them to make a special run but anyone got any other ideas?
Sorry for not posting a photo yet. Will do when it's sorted. Thanks for any help.

Did you not read the forum rules Peter, photo's of your ride are obligatory for us all to cast an eye over!

Welcome BTW.

Ok chaps quick update. I went to speak to the firm local to me who it turns out are longlife agents, they use non magnetic 304 grade stainless. He quoted £300 for the system and £450 for the manifold. He would not make the system to a pattern as I took for him to look at so a car would be required to go ahead, hopefully I can provide one soon!

Is anyone else interested in getting one?

Hi guys,I would be interested in stainless 4 branch manifold and maybe adding exhaust at a later date although as with everything it would depend on prices as I also have a set of the new leaf springs and spax shockers all awaiting fitment, I look forward to any developments, cheers for all the info, Andy.

OK, so they have now confirmed that the quote was for the 4 branch manifold. Single or twin outlet tailpipes are available at the same price and a 10% group buy discount has been offered.

How much interest is there?
