I know the guy who makes these, He's a friend in the Alpine club called Trevor Hibdige, there's an article on Holbay's by him in this months Cut and Thrust.

He's a decent chap and i've got a set of his silicone gaskets to try in my holbay.

I have one on my Series 5. Seems quite good and can be re-installed over and over again. So far no problem.

I've not seen these before, but I have to say I've not had any issues using the paper gasket on the ali cover. They are £1.50 from the club, so I think I'd rather stick with them; not saying those silicone gaskets might not be a 'for life' solution, but seems expensive to me . G.
