I have refitted the eng and gearbox in my Rapier MK4 one of the thing's that can't work out iis on the offside of the block just below the oil filter is a brass male thread when i turn the eng over using the handle oil come's out but i don't know what fit's to it? the book's i have don't help. any idea's ??. the other thing is i have two wire's that seem to go from the ign switch they easy reach the front light's but don't fit there they are green and one has a small red band, do you know what they are for?

I suspect the wires might be remaining evidence of a cooling fan on the radiator. They might have been connected to an adjustable thermostat?

Is it a small fitting screwed into one of the oil gallery plugs. If so it could it be a connection for an oil pressure gauge.
