This quote was obtained from a company on eBay but I have seen their work on a friends fastback and it was good, IIRC they made a manifold for them albeit not the 4 branch version.

The system is made from 304 stainless. I've sent another message asking a few questions for clarification, including whether they would do any group buy discount.

I'll let you know the answer!

Does anyone have a Janspeed manifold or the specs for one?

Would you mind giving me the contact details?
I'm interested in a full T304 grade non magnetic stainless system including the manifold.

Many of these companies can "talk the talk" but finding one who can actually "walk the walk" is another matter. The exhaust system is pretty basic, the manifold is not.
I've had a qoute from a reputable company for £1000+ VAT. I've since discovered they did one for a GLS recently and made a right mess of it despite having the original to copy.

Yes it was stainless and gave the option of single or twin outlet - i'm undecided on that one!

OK Glen will do. I have already received an eye watering quote from a firm online, £495 for the manifold and £450 for the system. I'm not too bothered about a manifold as I want to get mine ceramic coated. I'm fairly hopeful that the local firm can offer a better price but I'll let you know.

Hello Jason,
I know of a few people who have had bespoke systems made up over the years incl the 4-branch manifold. Janspeed (expensive) used to do a better version of the H120 manifold - I understand the Holbay one is not best shaped and was a compromise, so making one to a different spec maybe gave a little more BHP.
As to club getting involved; I'd like to say yes, but with recent springs purchases and the quarterlight seals being remanufactured there isn't enough cash at the moment. Need to sell a few seal sets when they are available; which should not be too long. I have a proof set awaiting collection from the Post Office and once tested I will post an update on the forum.
Keep us posted on what your local firm can do exhaust-wise. Cheers.
Glen.

I'm going to get a quote for a manifold back system from a local firm. If anyone else is interested let me know and I'll see if i can get some sort of group deal.

Glen - If you're reading this, is this something the club would maybe fund for members then to buy??
