DVLA check shows that it is a June 1965 1592cc blue rapier.

Taxed until the end of April 2019 and no MOT information held, presumably because it is exempt.

Not seen it in the flesh but was owned by member in Devon. Earliest record to club was 20 years ago when it was in Somerset: it was then Quartz Blue Metallic all over without the usual moonstone roof/stripe: unless we were advised wrong it looks like it has had a re-spray in the past. G.
